Fit. Fabric. A clear purpose.

The LA MAISONNE shopping guide.

Start with what you wear

Notice the pieces you return to. Choose an addition for a real gap, rather than the feeling that a wardrobe should be entirely new.

Read the composition

Cotton, linen and silk describe material intentions in this developing collection. Final fibre percentages and any organic claims will need supplier documentation before they are presented as verified product information.

Think about fit and coverage

Compare a garment’s published measurements with a piece you already wear comfortably. Consider movement, layering, garment length and opacity in natural light. Our women’s range centres on modest skirts, dresses and tops.

Understand the colour palette

Ivory, Oat, Espresso, Oxblood, Sage and Black are the planned palette. Screen colours and our concept illustrations are not fabric swatches; confirmed product photography will follow approved samples.

Look at the construction

Stitching, finishing, comfortable seams and discreet woven labels are part of the design direction. We will publish product-specific details after supplier selection and sample review.

Consider care before buying

Read the final care label and choose a routine you can maintain. Care instructions will be published for each confirmed garment; we do not assume all cotton, linen or silk pieces can be cared for in the same way.

Before the shop opens

Prices, size ranges, delivery destinations, timings and returns information are still to be confirmed. Ordering will open only when the products and checkout are ready. For now, explore the design direction and join The Sunday Letter launch list for news.
